The Collomix LevMix 65 Portable Mixer lets one man do three jobs – mixing, transporting, and pouring are a cinch with this mobile mixer. With the LevMix 65 you can mix, move, and pour up to 15 gallons (3+ bags) and 220 lbs of mixture at once in one machine. And you can be confident you’ll get a smooth and even mixture time after time. This portable mixing machine is ideal for low-viscosity liquids such as cementitous leveling compounds, sealants, floating screeds, textured coatings, adhesives, overlays, underlays, resins, epoxies, and fiber-reinforced filler compounds.

Specialty Mixing Tool

The LevMix 65 comes with a high-shear VLX 160 HF mixing paddle that pulverizes lumps to quickly produce a homogenous mixture. It’s fitted with Collomix’s patented Hexafix quick coupling adapter so that taking out the mixing paddle is a fast, easy, low-stress job. No additional tools are needed!

Fast Consistent Mixing

For the best results a test mix should be made. To get the mixing started, start up the machine, then pour in the right amount of water for your mix. Add the powdered mixing material step by step (2 – 4 bags depending on desired consistency). Your mixture should be done in less than 3 minutes. This Collomix mobile mixing machine is fitted on a wheeled base so you can easily move it to where it is needed. Then simply tilt the tub and pour out your mixture. The changeable pouring spout allows you to precisely direct your pour so less spreading and leveling work is needed.

This Collomix portable mixer has a powerful 2.15 hp/1600 watt motor that drives the mixing tool at speeds of 410 rpm when under load and 660 rpm when the machine is empty. The 17 gallon tall mixing tub is made of high-quality polyethylene with a rolled lip for less mess when pouring out mixes or cleaning the tub. Outside dimensions of the machine are 27.2”L x 20.5”W x 46.9”H.
