We believe that in order to have the best possible online shopping experience, our customers should be 100% satisfied with their purchase. So, if you’re not happy with your purchase for any reason, just go through our easy RMA self-service process. You will receive A RMA Number with return instructions. 

All returns require an RMA (Return Material Authorization) number. Please request one by contacting Customer Services. Customer Services will email return instructions to the email on file. 

No Credit will be given for items returned without an RMA number.

All returns must meet our guidelines, please review our full Return Policy carefully.

Please allow 3-5 business days from when we receive your return to process your refund. You will be notified by email once your return is processed. Stallion Supplies reserves the right to refuse return, refund and/or charge a restocking fee for any product that doesn’t comply with our return requirements.

All return request forms must be submitted within 30 days of the delivery date of an order. Any request submitted after this time period will be denied.

Returned or exchanged products must be in brand new, mint condition, and have all original manufacturer’s packaging, materials, and accessories, including instruction booklets, packing inserts, and blank warranty cards Otherwise we may not be able to provide a refund.

Please remove all unnecessary pre-existing labels from the box.

Merchandise missing the original Universal Product Code (UPC) cannot be returned. The original manufacturer’s labeled packaging should be enclosed within an outer shipping box. Please do not write or place shipping labels or stickers on the manufacturer’s packaging.

Authorized returns of non-defective/damaged merchandise will be refunded in full minus a 20% restocking fee and shipping. Shipping is non-refundable.

Restocking fees are waived if the customer places a new order of equal or greater value within 10 business days of submitting the return request form.

Returns must be shipped and the tracking number provided within 10 business days after we issue the RMA number to you.

Items being returned due to damage, defect or an incorrect shipment must also be returned within 10 business days of you receiving the return label/RMA number. If within 30 days the item(s) is not returned, you will be responsible for payment of the item(s), and your original form of payment will be charged as applicable.

We strongly advise that our customers inspect and test any product immediately upon receipt. If any product is found to be defective or damaged, please notify us immediately upon noting the issue. Please be aware that pictures of any damage or defective item maybe requested. 

We request that the shipment be inspected and any damage be reported within 24 hours of delivery to the shipping company and if possible, that the customer note “DAMAGE” on the delivery confirmation paperwork.

After our 30 day return period, any defective or damaged item will not be eligible for refund but may possibly be covered by the manufacturer’s warranty. The manufacturer will need to be contacted for any details relating to warranty.

The customer will be responsible for return shipping charges. Please contact us beforehand if you have any questions.

Any special order items cannot be returned

Oversize items that are required to ship via truck, are returnable pending they meet our standard return requirements. Return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer. Once shipped, if a package is refused, the return ship fees will be deducted from the refund total.

If an oversize item shipped directly from the manufacturer, it will need to be returned to their location. Please contact us prior to return and we will assist getting the return set up.
